Service Description

Chapters360 provides AI-powered chapter generation and summaries for YouTube videos via a web app and a Chrome extension.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Authentication may be provided via third parties (e.g., Google OAuth).

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew monthly. Taxes may apply. See our Pricing page for current plans and inclusions.

Credits Policy

Credits are granted based on your plan and reset each billing cycle.
Credits do not roll over between billing cycles.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once it has started.

If you have paid in advance for upcoming months, we may refund any unused, future months after cancellation. Any credits granted for the current period remain non-refundable, do not roll over, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
Do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or credit systems.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and branding, is owned by Chapters360 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth for authentication). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective policies.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Material updates will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
